Statutory & Planned Maintenance

We have considerable experience in dealing with statutory maintenance and continue to set up compliant maintenance regimes for asbestos control, water management, pressure vessels, lifts, fixed wire electrical equipment, portable electrical equipment, swimming pools, gas appliances, boilers, air conditioning, CDM 15 compliance, dust extraction, emergency lighting, fire alarms, fire fighting equipment, and automatic doors. We can manage all aspects of fire safety including routine evacuation tests and training of fire marshals and fire safety teams.

Our planned maintenance capability is based on carrying out the required maintenance at the correct time, in the correct location using the correct employees. We employ professionally qualified personnel to plan these activities including Chartered Builders, Chartered Surveyors, and Chartered Engineers as well as British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) and Institute of Asset Management (IAM) members who take collective responsibility to ensure that the multidisciplinary plans created to match the maintenance requirements of the manufacturer, statute (NICEIC and Gas Safe), good industry practice and specific contract requirements.
